I am using the Woo Audio PHANTOM DAC cable. Without any bias, I am surprised how good it sounds compared to my McIntosh D150.

When i looked at all ur stuff.. wo man.. legendary monoblocks wa234.. even sony z1.. hm luckily i'm done with headphones cuz it doesn't be as sensitive as iem.. iem sensitivity can even sense flaws in ur system.. nice headphones system of urs anyway. salute.. U,'ve got taste man... btw try the new dianaMR.. Peace audiophiliacs.

@@kotec1234 lol yeah huge. the apple is great but the JPS Labs is significantly better in every way. the bass is tighter immediately with the JPS.

DMP does not have analog line output. :(

@HiFiInsider yes bud I know, as I have the DPM myself. But you can use a Pentaconn to dual XLR cable and connect to any external headphone amp, including valve ones. Many are doing so.

@jiyadas the 4.4mm output on DMP is not grounded (4-pole) so in order to correctly convert to XLR the cable must be grounded on the 3.5mm side to complete the 5-pole balanced for Pentoconn. No one makes this cable using genuine Pentaconn Japan parts.

@HiFiInsider thank you for the response. I am using ifi cable- Pentaconn to dual XLR to my McIntosh C1100 pre-amp and no noise it's dead silent fyi. I also drove my McIntosh MC1.25KW directly with the DMP as a pre using the volume control on the DMP and no issues whatsoever.
