Then just remove the IEP

It's not easy to remove an IEP, the child needs it, it's disabled

@@Binary._. according to what law? Since 2008 a law has been passed that allows parents to revoke the IEP without the teams approval. Safeguards are not needed. They can maybe put the child in an intervention class or an alternative school if the child is aggressive or maybe perhaps set the child back a grade but really that’s just the extent of it.
