I had issues with them live to be honest. They would have been much better with an extra guitarist and somebody who could sing to do the harmonies. A huge part of the band was the harmonies but j cantrall was shit singing live. Playing live with a band like soundgsrden on the same bill the inadequacies were just too obvious in comparison

would you consider uploading just the final product of this? also, some changes to this to make it sound even better would be the addition of some quick drums at the end of the build-up (like 3 kick drum beats and 1 snare beat, to really kick off the main part of the song) also the removal of the the first high-note of the main segment to make it sound a bit more natural.

Pretty damn cool. After I got my 1st 8 string. I di a lot of AIC, Tool, and others like this. was fun to alt tune for effect on many of them. But like you mentioned in the begining, Jerry wrote a damn heavy riff even back when. Although I do have to add. That riff is accented by that sweet blend of Jerry, and Layne vocals And Mike's bass riff that mostly groves with the drums. JMHO.

I'm not into the genre that you turned it into, but.... this is pretty sick. It's as if Wylde or Dimebag decided to jump in lol.

You've eliminated the chaos of open ended strings and the space in between notes. That is the secret of AIC.

Nik may advertise these as “ruined” classics but I guarantee these jams are tucked safely away in a folder labeled “my masterpieces” on the ol PC 🤣

That solo was sick AF. Around the time ''Dirt'' came out, I used to get off work at around 2am and I'd just sit in my car after getting home and listen to that record. This song and ''Rooster'' are my favorites.

Nik always acts like he’s butchering these songs, but they legit turn out great. Like, these are legit good covers/modernized versions and they SLAP.

Demon Bones is the best one yet. I actually want this released as a full cover with vocals. (Termina bonus track? )
