For amber she has like this thing kinda like ganyu where she hits twice (dunno if you need a con for it) but anyways that hits always gonna be low damage, in like the 100s-200s That's why he didn't count that because that second hit comes after every charge attack

Being a whale doesn't really affect your ability to dodge. Anthony can be considered a whale but he's not really the best at dodging (excluding the fact that he never use the food when he literally have it there) so being a whale doesn't really affect if you are good or bad at dodging.

I have a Jean with 99.8 crit rate, and the first time I put the set on her, I kid you not, she didn’t crit on the first fricking hit. Granted after that I haven’t seen her not crit, but wow that was emotional damage at its finest

You must be new because solo Oceanid with Ganyu is easy. At least I can dodge the bombs and stomps of frogs/finch. But the birds are so annoying, even with the taunt skill I still get hit.

@@glistica I am ar 52 (almost 53) and I already soloed bosses with Ganyu (like Childe and Dvalin) but Oceanid is really annoying- maybe my crit dmg is too low

for the birds what I’ve found is the easiest during my ganyu solos (I main her and solo a lot of stuff cause it’s fun lol) is aiming at the ground below the birds, you can hit them with the aoe anyways and it’s a bit easier than trying to aim at the moving bird

Once my xiao had a 90% crit rate build so i wanted to test his damage 3/4 plunging attacks did not crit 😞 So i gave up ever building xiao and now he is left to collect dust

As someone who uses Xiao (sometimes) all you have to say is "Xiao you suck" or something along those lines and he magically starts doing crits. It's worked every time

15:10 I actually fought the serpent without teh lumenstone ability at first because I just stumbled into it and thought why not fight the boss. Halfway through the fight I realised I should've probably upgraded the thingy first...

Take this from an Amber main. She takes a lot of work and isn't very good until C1. Her play style can be very complicated so if you don't like her charater and voice lines, it will be suffering. All this aside, I love her so much and she's been my dps since day 1.

Her play style is a bit complicated ngl, but she’s quite good if you pair her with the right people! I do a shit ton of overloaded with Amber and Lisa, I often do like 8k damage with that whereas with melt I do 6k and vaporise I do 4K. You should definitely go for physical amber if the crimson witch domain is rude to you
