I'm surprised that the brush replacement isn't as expensive as some other brands. If I were to buy this, I'd buy the brushed aluminum version. But it'd be nice if it came in a matte black finish.

We purchased two and BOTH completely broke down by the second month! We also purchased their protection plan and that also proved to be worthless… From app problems to charging problems to making a complete mess with toothpaste flying everywhere during the few times we were able to use the device… Total waste of time and money!! Back to our Phillips Sonic Care we went!!! Good luck!😊

As someone who just bought this toothbrush and got it last weekend. I thought the exact same thing opening it, was like “did I just buy and iPhone here?”. BUT, if it was made by Apple it would be like $150 not $70

@@prodnashb1144 That is the reason, toothbrushes are generally kept in bathrooms. You have no idea every time you flush. What particles are flying through the air. And yes it's a bit overprotective but, I believe in hygiene that's all to each his own.
