4:37 you shouldn’t really count this as second degree murder. But attempted murder. Since later in the episode it’s showed that firey did indeed survive when its time to go back in place. A similar scenario would be pushing teardrop into a puddle. They will most likely still be alive.

Something to add for FSB: During 5e, Bubble did get flung, but has canonically died while being flung (as seen in BFDIA 9, when bubble gets revived by Pencil). This would give FSB an involuntary manslaughter charge.

For the FWSB one, she threw then in a Volcano intentionally, and since we are also considering real life scenario, it would kill everyone instantly just by entering in the crater, occasioning on "attempted mass murder" in the case too, just to consider, and there is also the threat of fall damage since it's so F high up.
