Jack isn’t really a villain. He was just sick of Halloween and being the Pumpkin King and all the fame. That’s the thing that sucks about being really famous. You’re constantly having people ask you questions and stuff. He just wanted a new, fresh holiday. But impersonating Santa Claus and giving people dangerous toys was bad.
