Actually, during exile, Wilbur was kind of dead and doing his ghost thing. Also dream was the one who initially wanted to tommy to be exiled.

I understand that, im not an idiot. It's an AU for a reason. As in Alternate Universe. It's not meant to follow lore. It's also not my main AU.
