Actually, in og dusttale, phantom papyrus is only an illusion created by sans’ schizophenia. Phantom papyrus would always blame sans for the death of them all, calling him traitor or untrustworthy or smth like that. But on the other hand, he still pressure sans to kill monster for some reason i forgor. Also he cant attack and cant be seen by anyone except for sans, he will still exist if the universe is resetted and papyrus is still alive. And about phantom dust sans, he is somewhat the same as sans in disbelief. He is papyrus’ impression of dust sans, or maybe he is actually the ghost of dust sans. He would persuade paps on killing monster by telling how many monsters are there left, or warn him whats up ahead. Im not sure whether he can attack and can be seen or not, but i think he cant since he is a phantom Something about dust sans, he only kills the monster that his human might kill to prevent them from lvling. If anyone from other universe that comes to dusttale, sans would probably guide them to safety, or to omega timeline if he can. He is pretty sane when not in combat. He also regrets his actions, and how this is his only option to stop the human. If he ever succeed in killing his human, he would just open the barrier and free the remaining monsters and not reset bc he believes he doesnt deserve a happy ending. He would also refuse a life in omega timeline since he believes that the desolated underground is his consequences for causing such sins, even if it was for good intentions 🤓🤓🤓 Some of these might be wrong cuz i might forgor. Pls correct me if im wrong._.

Ghost Sans wouldn’t bee too much like this, because in the dustbelief timeline, sans was already low level dust sans, so it’s possible ghost/phantom sans would have been a little more hostile. Just saying this from a nerdy standpoint, still I prefer this “no need to loose your “head” about it.”
