i wake up to see the glory of god every morning after i pray an watch the birds flapping the rays of the sun. the geese singing good morning the sweet birds chirping how beautiful it is every morning yet i keep the candle lit it never dims the flame just gets taller as the flame is telling me quite peace is with me. the flame never moves just gets taller. i wonder of such human being to be next to me yet i dont know how stays in love yet will you ever physically be there anxiety

A story for the girl in the picture: Ren sighed sadly in the twilight. Her mothers passing was a loss for the kingdom and left a whole in Ren's heart. Contrary to the meaning of her name, she wore a long black dress that flowed in the wind as she stood on the balcony. The lanterns being let loose in the sky in honor of her mother brought tears to her eyes, because her mother had been her whole world her entire life up to this point. She clutched the pendant given to her by her mothers servant. "You're mother wanted you to have this," The servant had said. "She told me it was her mothers before her and always brought good luck and love to her life. I'm so sorry for your loss." Tears ran down Ren's face as she leaned on the balcony railing. The cold breeze made her feel as if she couldn't be more lonely than she was in this moment. After the loss of her father two years before to the sorcerer's prophecy, it was her turn to take over the rule of the kingdom, and she didn't know if she had the strength left to do this on her own. The pendent glowed in the waning sunlight and reflected off of Ren's tears. As she tried not to sob, in the silence she heard the cry of a nightingale, her mother's favorite bird. She knew it meant something. She suddenly felt her mother's presence as if she were standing right next to Ren. She turned around and there was the nightingale, chirping away happily in great contrast to Ren's weeping. She smiled through it and walked towards the nightingale stooping to put her finger on the ground. The nightingale flew off rather than hopping onto Ren's finger. As the nightingale gracefully flitted through the air, Ren thought she heard a voice on the air. She couldn't make out the shape of the words, but she nevertheless felt that it was telling her it would be alright; that she could do this, and that she was not alone.

(A girl closed her eyes as she fell. She waited to embrace death but was soon caught by strong yet gentle arms. She slowly opened her eyes an saw a boy. I liked it but if it was me writing the story my version would’ve been a dark skin boy from the modern world traveling into another world of the past meeting a beautiful princess . He has brown eyes and black curly hair, his name was Romeo. Boy was like “where the hell am I” Girl: I have a better question...”who the hell are you” Boy.... “I’ll tell you who I am, but in exchange for my privacy tell me where I am and who you are, beautiful thang” Girl“ ur in the kingdom of Elendor and my name is Adora. “Now if you want to know more tell me who you are before I alert the guards” Boy “damn it’s like that” Adora “it’s like that” Boy .....my name is Romeo....just Romeo. Meriane's snow smooth arms kneeled against the hard tepid railing, strands of her grey ash hair fluttered along with the wind. Her posture, solemn and frail, on that slim face hung a pretty expression that twisted in ambivalence. After everything has ended, she won. Won the kingdom, gotten the crown, and attained unrivaled power. Those who used to gaze schadenfreudely at her in the past were long gone, now all that remained were the citizens in the midst of celebrating the coronation of their empire's new ruler. The people were cluelessly embellishing stories of their new empress- a valiant and magnanimous ruler! Those who were to hear of these words would cry out adulations, and reiterate her meritorious deeds with invigorated voices. But this were all just a dupe. In her heart, Meriane knew that all these conjectures were nothing but lies. She unconsciously lowered her head to ruminate. Only she knew the amount of malignant deeds that had to be done to get to where she stood now. A plethora of excoriation flooded her mind, all of which were directed to herself. The gangrene scenery reflected in her dark black eyes screamed apathethically. She had wanted power, she got it. She needed strong allies to help her, she found them. She wanted to erase all those who bashed her, she did it. "But so what?" She simpered darkly. All this power and she only felt emptiness. All her allies sacrificed their lives to protect her during the fierce battle. And those who wanted to harm her were gone, but it was merely that. ... ... ... >> was trying out the new words that I recently learnt. Hope you don't mind and thank you for reading!! Writing a historic story revolving around the Great War made me imagine the lighting lanters as the souls of the dead.. big lanterns and small.. shifting up to the sky .. I wonder how it looked to Angels from above.. rising up past them.. all around them. And how many times they have seen it happen since life begun. Sorrowful. I can almost hear their prayers.. When is this over? We're about to lose sanity.. some of us already did or, on the edge of loss. Heaven .. keep me sane. 🌸🍃

The queen leaned on the railing as the lanterns launched into the sky. They were reminders of all the men they had lost, all the lives wasted in a battle that shouldn’t not have been started, a war that could’ve been easily avoided. Why? Why did they have to die? Why would the king so foolishly start a war that he knew would end in so much bloodshed? He was arrogant. He was rash. He was... human. Her shoulders sagged as she remembered his last days. Lying helplessly in bed, unable to lead his men, he had made her promise him that she would finish it. And she had, but at what cost. They had lost so many lives, so many allies. They had forfeit their honor for a small victory. Now, she had to rebuild a crumbling kingdom from the meager remains. The people had lost faith and she had no way to inspire them. They would not respond to another speech, another plea, another lie. The truth was she didn’t know what to do. She hadn’t from the beginning. Now, her ignorance was bleeding through and the people could see it. What was she supposed to do now? What could she do? She sighed. There was only one thing that could save her kingdom and her people. Hope. They could not give up hope. It was the only thing holding them together. She had to hold onto her hope that things could get better. That they would get better.
