For the intervention you just gotta hit level 55 in mw3 then you’ll be able to unlock it via armory unlocks

u can also find it in zombies and exfill if you dont have a friend who has it.

Or once you hit level 55 on MW3 you just need to get 30 one shots with a sniper and it’ll unlock.
