Transformation not information. Love this. And so true… it’s all too easy to hide behind stats. So much more impactful to distill complex problems into simple, foundational building blocks. This is doing it better!

Great Vid! I absolutely resonate with the knowing that powerful shifts occur in the moment that people are able to see themselves, others, or a situation from a different perspective - and that as coaches we're hired to bring a level of 'fresh' to the mix! Also, the guy who patiently told you to DO BETTER - Love. We are bound only by our beliefs + personal commitment to lifelong growth. I wonder if he knows how much his words have been paid forward :) Ajit, I'm currently in the CLC program + would have loved to enroll in the CBC program had it been offered consecutively and not concurrently. Just a point of feedback. ~ Hope to see you in person + say hello in Tallinn!

Commit to the dream I am not very up on business . Thinking about trying to coach people that seems smarter than me is a bit intimidating .Then you mentioned that you don't have to be the smartest person in the room they've already hired those people. You just have to give them a different point of view. That really resonated with me. I believe adding that to foundational coach it gives you the ability to really help people to transform.

Ajit, the point of providing a different perspective to the clients was the most impactful takeaway from your video.Secondly, to offer value and charge accordingly and witness the clients improved results. Thirdly, to study their business and know it almost better than themselves. The clients are in it. Coaches are on it. Coaching 100 hours a year fro $230k also brings another perspective to the value of coaching and the value a coach presents in a measurable form. Thanks for simplifying the subject.

The biggest takeaway for me is “create transformation, not information”. While I know the work of coaches is transformative, when applied to business contexts I felt maybe we need to bring in subject matter expertise, and cutting-edge training. But after watching am seeing how at the heart of it all lies transformation. Eye-opening. Thank you!!

Really awesome. When you charge annually how do you frame the frequency of sessions and perhaps workshops? Thanks.
@mindvalleycoach
@mindvalleycoach Жыл бұрын
That's a great question, but it will depend on several factors. For example, is it for 1:1 coaching (individual sessions) or group coaching (workshops)? How much time does it take for your methodology to achieve the results you'd be offering in the program? Who is your ideal client and what are they looking for (eg. a business client might only have bandwidth for bi-weekly or monthly meetings, whereas a life coaching client might prefer weekly touch points)? Those answers might give you more clarity on how often you should have touch points and how long/short each touch point should be. We hope that helps! ❤

Another great video! Just curious if that business owner in your story ever explained why he kept telling you to 'do better'? What was his rational of paying more for the same service? My mind struggle to wrap around this.😅
@mindvalleycoach
@mindvalleycoach Жыл бұрын
Because he knew the value of the results Ajit created and knew Ajit could charge more than he was doing for his services. Pricing shouldn't be attached to your self-worth but to the value you can create for your clients. We recommend watching this video for more on pricing: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hL1ydqierZi5mJc.html. Thanks for asking!

I love the idea of being a coach, but I'm struggling with the structure of what being a coach actually is. How do I show up authentically in this space. What nitty gritty business structures do I need to have in place before I say I'm a coach? And what coach am I?
@mindvalleycoach
@mindvalleycoach 2 жыл бұрын
All amazing questions! To become a coach, what you fundamentally need is to hone your coaching skills and have a solid methodology to use with clients. A certification can help you with that, we recommend this video to identify what you need and if a certification might be the best place to get started: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/eMCearuW3snXgWg.html. You will also want to identify what kind of coach you want to be (life coach, business coach, mindset coach....). Here's a video that can help you with that: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ns6WfM2c3663m4k.html. And for basics on how to become a coach and set up your business, all you need is here: kzfaq.info/sun/PLLz6vjpxFbXgsyCrMUlyXn6vW5wEI2rLm. We hope this helps! Thanks for asking ❤
