"If I Were Prince Harry I'd Be Humiliated!" Kinsey Schofield On Duke's US War Award

The Duke of Sussex is to be honoured for his service and using his platform to “change the world” at this year’s ESPY awards in the US.
Harry is to receive the Pat Tillman Award for Service, awarded by sports channel ESPN to individuals in the sporting world who have made significant contributions to the lives of others.
Royal expert Kinsey Schofield joins Talk’s Kevin O’Sullivan to discuss this further.

Unfortunately Mary Tillman isn't affiliated with the foundation named after her son. It is run by his widow and apparently, allegedly there is a (sugar) connection with the widow and the people who put harry up for this award. She has defended this decision. They have treated Pat Tillman's mother very badly.

The soldier's life that Prince Harry wanted to live when he left the British Royal family? Everyone except you seem to know that Prince Harry already spent ten years as a soldier in Afganistan...what do you mean by the life Harry wanted to live? He already lived a soldier's life..get your facts right..just saying anything and everything just to mock Harry who despite being a Prince served in Afganistan as a soldier of war ...give respect to where it's due ...

Well, yes, that's true. However, my son was in the same regiment and out there with him. Please do not pretend to know everything. Harry is no hero. He was out there, yes, but he was no hero. He wasn't allowed to be. There were many men out there who were killed or maimed. They are the real heroes.

Harry did not set up the Invictus Games. He uses the games to fund himself and his wife. Look at their expense claims. I think Harry was very protected on tours which were very short. No active duty, sleeping during Taliban invasion, video game playing, partying off base, hiding when it was drug testing time and on an on.

Harry's nickname in the military is Bunker Harry because he spent almost all of his time sequestered in a bunker for his safety. He was never in harm's way. Also, Prince William set up the Invictus Games and contributed a million pounds to it. Harry just parades around with his witless wife. Pat Tillman gave up the pursuit of wealth to serve his country. Harry left a life of service to pursue wealth.

Prince Harry did not do two tours. He was pulled out immediately on the first tour as his wearabouts was leaked. On his second tour he was kept in a place of safety away from the FOB.

Harry was protected at all times in Afghanistan hence the name bunker Harry. The Invictus games were set up with money from the Royal Foundation which included our now King, our now Prince and Princess of Wales, Prince Harry and the Ministry of Defence. The events are organised by a specially selected Committee and a team from the London Olympics and Paralympic games. Harry is just a figurehead. He is not involved with Help for Heroes.
