And i go through the same thing as izuku... And it easily geta to an addicion and after a few weeks it stops hurting that bad so it goes deeper and deeper and boom you end up at the hospital

Please try to talk to someone you trust, it might not be easy but try to distract yourself when you feel like doing it. Try to be with someone when you are feeling the urge, because if your alone you'll most likely do it, but if your with someone you can't. Try to set goals to stay clean everytime, this might help you. I'm sorry if I couldn't tell much
