Yup. I eat a protein bar and coffee for "breakfast" at noon, have a normal dinner and then dessert/after dinner snake which usually isn't actually anything with added sugar. No snacks, no actual breakfast and definitely no late night eating. The joys of being a middle aged woman.

So…no one is going to compliment Frank on that beautiful bright orange T-shirt? No wonder it’s his favorite color, it looks so good on him! I’m sure he doesn’t need to cut calories in real life, it seems like all his colored shirts are at least a size too big, even for a loose fit. Lmao this is the only end I could support !! I knew it 😭 Late night snack for life. For me : - around 2/3am (nobody to ask you what you’re doing, if they can taste or talking while you’re enjoying your food) - Jajangmyeon (Korean noodles) or Croque Monsieur - Sometimes cereals And for dessert : cookies and a glass of milk. Yes baby 🤤

Anything and nut butter. Banana on toast with nut butter. Sliced apples with nut butter. Pancake with nut butter and banana slices on top. Spoon with nut butter on it. LOVED the wink and the delicate music! LOL
