Ray falleció muy joven pues 50 años demasiado joven para morir no cuido su salud sivse hubiera chequeado a tiempo no hubiese muerto

August, 1983 I Record backvocals with them on May 1983, they Film between June and July and released in August on ABC

OMG, I can’t believe I found this. I was 4 years old when this aired. I remember this exact song and the robot that appears at 1:22 . It’s amazing that a toddler can see something once and it can knock around in their brain for 40 years 😅

Agree! I remember menudo when I was a kid watching Saturday morning cartoons. It was probably my first exposure to anything latin. It’s a good memory but I remember they presented it in a way that most American kids thought it was a show more than an actual singing group. Either way it was a good memory and I think it could’ve been a good way to introduce a bit of Latino culture to American kids.

This WAS a children’s performance. This was a set of songs and vids that aired on Saturday mornings with the cartoons. This wasn’t their pop music from their albums.

That's Ricky Melendez, the final original member. Ricky Martin joined in June 1984 at age 12.

I hated the hell out of some Munudo as a kid, only got in the way of cartoons. Seeing this however made me smile remembering my time as a kid then.
