My mom used to be an uber driver in a working-class Mexican area of The Gabacho back in 2003. I was always sitting in my baby booster seat in the back seat of the car. After my mom finished her Uber shift she then went to clean at a hotel and after picking me up from school would work the afternoon and night shifts of school janitor and Taco Bell cleaner after-hours.
