At first after the initial damage, your speech is completely messed up and your cognitive abiliies are compromised, control over your body is non existent and behavioral changes like being overly sensitive to stuff like screaming, its like being reset to a Baby. You can heal and start regaining your Abilities back like speech and Movements but, you may never be the same as your brain will never be the same

Let’s not forget that if Micheal was to actually survive this, in reality, he wouldn’t exactly be alive. His brain would be working, sure, but not how it’s supposed to. I’m pretty sure doctors determine this by doing something to the foot, and depending on what happens, they determine whether you’ll truly heal or if you’d just be a shell of human life. I should know, my aunt developed cancer. A brain tumour where it was incurable, and she was better resting elsewhere then how she was. It basically destroys the brain, and from how the bite would of worked, Micheal wouldn’t be truly alive sadly, but this is all fiction so
