honestly, Simmons was delusional, cause he thinks that humanity should be at the top, and not Godzilla, it was that kind of ego that got him killed, when messing with the remains of Ghidorah, by using it as a super computer, neglecting to realize that Ghidorah's consciousness still dwelled within the skull, allowing the spirit of that three headed monster from space to take over Mechagodzilla's body, again it was his own actions that got him killed.

Well, in fact, Ghidorah's subconsciousness overrides the systems and hijacks Mechagodzilla, so while Mechagodzilla becomes sentient and kills Simmons, the Ghidorah skull draws in a massive electrical surge which hits Ren, and apparently kills him. So, in reality, Ghidorah should have been charged for his death.

I would like to add that based on what Shimo was doing in Rio, Skar King's plan was likely to create a new ice age, which would result in billions of deaths if not humanity's extinction. Therefore, i think he should also be charged with attempted genocide

9:02 the pointy thingy on the tail of the warbat looking skeleton whip slash is one of those magical power crystals we see in the movie, when scar king needs shimo to do a task, he points the crystal right at her face, magically inflicting a shock as painful as giving birth, forcing her to do said task, which if you think about it is really abusive.

Wow! Charging Skar King was surely a lot, wasn't it? I'm glad you took the advice to charge Ghidorah with Mechagodzilla, considering he was controlling the Mecha. I'd like to point out a few points though: Shimo, the ancient Ice titan, is actually a female, and the "pointy thingy" that Skar King has attached to the end of his whip is actually a ice crystal that is a part of Shimo, so maybe he should be charged for that? The ice crystal of course also caused Shimo immense pain, and according to the Iwi tribe, she was technically captured by Skar King against her will. Anyways, the video was great! Those kaijus better rot in Kaiju Jail.. but then again, all titans have done terrible things in some way, including Godzilla himself! If you have the time, could you also do the classic Godzilla villains, like Destoroyah (Godzilla vs. Destoroyah), Biollante (Godzilla vs. Biollante), SpaceGodzilla (Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla) and maybe even Gigan & Monster X (Godzilla: Final Wars)! 🦖

I attest the “innocence” of Mechagodzilla, on the grounds that it is strictly a piloted machine which is completely incapable of carrying out actions on it’s own fruition, let alone committing crimes. It would be like fining a vehicle for running a red light and not the driver. As such, due to Ghidorah being the pilot, I believe all charges against Mechagodzilla should instead be attributed to him, along with an extra life sentence for the use of a weapon of mass destruction.
