Your biggest mistake is titling this "If Saitama met Makima" instead of "Saitama vs Makima" or something like that. Because while Saitama would definitely beat Makima in a fight, the real problem with this scenario is that it wouldn't lead to a fight in the first place. Makima doesn't ask anybody to be her slave if they don't want to and Saitama has no way to know Makima isn't human, so he wouldn't just attack her for no reason either. Both of them are pretty chill people who prefer to mind their own business and not pick a fight with anyone who doesn't want to.
