I got all of those as they came out. They really feel like P-06 Prototypes, especially the Crisis City one with all the new flames and where Iblis’s tornado form can indeed catch and kill you if it slows you down too much though his “particle” textures are different and there’s no animation of Sonic getting sucked in up the vortex. Other than that, the main differences are the rather realistic volcanic heat haze around the whole level (which seems to be achieved with tinting?), it lagged my old laptop like hell as that’s when I played it, and Sonic’s homing attack is the shitty curved one from the Legacy of Solaris mod, causing you to miss what are otherwise easily reachable and _required_ jumps, such as during the plasma wind tunnel sequence before the tornado chase.

All I’m thinking… Give Sonic 06 a second chance!

SEGA doesn't have the balls to even bring Unleashed to PC I doubt they would ever come close to these games.

Compared to P06, it’s like Colors Ultimate (this remaster) and Rerainbow (P06). Where P06 is the definitive remake of 06 with tons of additions, this remaster has tons of problems with the base game, just showcasing the base game with stupid “bloom effects”.

Tbf if they remade sonic 06 I'll actually be happy coz I love the game even though it has a lot of things that needs to be improved but its also a great game...
