If a girl has pulled away from you or flaked on you, she should be the one to come back to you. Even if you do get her out again on a date and reconnect with her, her attraction and respect for you will always be lower than if she had come to you of her own free will. 4 weeks no contact and I pretty much stopped giving a flying F- about the person who pulled away HARD after overblowing an argument and storming off. I feel good, it's like a relief, as time and distance allowed me to realise that they were being quite dependant on validation while providing little to no value to my life. I actually hope the contact is not renewed tbh.

When you go no contact you’re showing them that you don’t value them or need their attention you’re literally putting yourself first and healing from the damage that’s been done to your heart. No contact is not a overnight process it can take months or even years for a ex to reach back to you. But during this time you should focus on self care and put god 1st before anything nothing lasts forever brother give yourself respect and move on with your life! With a curacao it made her rush off so I saw the messages to the suspect enthusiastically wanting to meet up at his place for “dance practice”. It was after she’d raged at me and I’d walked off! At the time I was confused but now I know the full picture! If she loved me she should have been trying to reconcile with me but instead all she could think of was new supply. She could never apologise or thank you for a gift even if she had asked for it! Only entitlement! I shouldn’t have got back with the 🧙‍♀️ witch but at least now I am enlightens and will end things much more quickly.

You had the upper hand, and we're in control when you were no contact with her. So she contacted you, and probably acted like she wanted to get back together. When you got there she started the argument as an excuse, and then dumped you. That was her plan to do it that way. She wanted to get the upper hand, and be the one to dump you. Females hate to be dumped, or have someone go no contact with them. She wanted to be the one in control, and the one to dump you. I had this same thing happen to me. They can be very vindictive, and mean like that. When they get dumped, or get no contact it destroys their egos. She had it all planned out that way. You saw her true colors. And, she wanted to hurt you, and put you in pain. It hurts a lot, but it is best because she would have done it anyway sooner, or later, if you got back with her. Stay strong, and time will heal the hurt, and anger.

Interesting...it's been weeks, maybe even months. Once I had to call her about work, and she said she wanted to call me, but she didn't call me until the last moment...then I felt that she was affected by the fact that I didn't call her, but she was too proud to call me. I only write to her about work, 1-2 sentences every 6 weeks (this is necessary, but I do it without emojis, just stoically!!), and I've noticed since then that she doesn't write back the next day, but almost within minutes. @Kings Knight - I'm in this same situation with my LDR partner (gf). On the week days, while she prepares herself for work, she's mostly texting, attentive throughout the week, reaching out to video chat etc. But the moment the weekend gets closer, she'll seem to fall off the face of the earth or disappear for a few days. I've learned through my 5 years, to NEVER make her the center of my world. Otherwise, her actions will drive me insane. What I focus on for myself is gym, work, travel etc. Let yourself go into beast mode. Don't chase her, chase your goals and ambitions. Let her do 100% reaching out to you. The $h^T test never ends. But you must learn from her actions and not the words she feeds you. Detox from the validation. It's like a drug. You have to learn to become stoic and detached unfortunately with female nature. Rule of thumb 👍 Always mirror her actions...Show her you're strong enough on your own & don't need her.

She told me she wants to meet other people via dating apps. She told me this over the phone when I was away for work whilst I was on a mine site. @Chris I've been datting this beautiful girl for almost 3 months, we had amazing sex for the first time almost 2 and a half weeks ago. The next week after that(before reading your book) i made mistakes on texting her every day going back and forward and tried to see her again to meet and have some more sex the following week, thought she would love too!. However, that friday 12 days ago, I asked something and she didn't answer, now I know why. Since then I haven't reached out to her and she have not either. I will stay strong and I started to feel I give a damn about her... focusing on myself. If and when she comes back I would be kind and later take her out again because I want to have sex again and try to connect, but no so sure if I want to commint seriously as I did before.

Very true 🎯 But very hard to sustain through long distances. My gf and I have been on this Frustration roller coaster for 5 years 🎢 Building that emotional tension is important for a woman to want your unborn child. The Hypergamist female will never be satisfied unfortunately. But the way to win with hypergamy is becoming the bigger better deal.
