Instead of being jealous, focus on being a better person that accomplishes something worthwhile, not someone who goes behind their friends back saying that they're secretly jealous. I don't even tell any of my accomplishments to anyone anymore because there are always people like you

@@karna5998 Just because someone is jealous doesn't mean they're going to go behind someone's back. Yeah I'm jealous but they're my friend, I'm jealous and proud of them at the same time and there's no way I'm gonna bring them down nor betray them, after all they worked hard. I worked hard too but I wasn't able to accomplish it and that's alright I'll just accomplish something else. Sure, it hurts to see them accomplish something so easily that I tried so hard to do but that doesn't mean I'm gonna bring them down with me, I'll just help them up whenever they're down with my experience of failure

At school i was at lunch and i was w my bffs and i was telling them what i did on the weekend and i said i got boba and they were all like OMG LUCKYYY except 1 of my bffs and no i dont want attention or anything to bffr and then she goes like ITS JUST BOBA CHILL and i was GIRL WTH YH IK BUT LJKE TBH UR THE ONE WHO SHOULD CHILL THE FRIK and then she js started hanging out w the trouble makers and got in trouble and in class she is on my table and she always gives me the bombastic side eye so im like WTF U STARING AT and she goes like THE WORLD DONT REVOLVE AROUND U and i was like GIRL U GOT THAT FROM A SONG.and she goes like STFU and i js keep quiet and then i go in bathroom and start crying my eyes out and my friends were comforting me and guess what the biggest thing is she told my crush to the school thinking it will emberass me but he actually likes me too and she got hate and stuff but i felt bad for her even if she was rude to me and stuff

That sound awful, but if you figure out a way to truly not let that bother you please let me know. Stuff like that I have a tendency to ruminate on for months or years and I've tried to tell myself every logical reason why it shouldn't matter. I honestly hope you're doing well!

When I was working out back the my sister said “idk why you workout you still look the same” “your fat” and till this day she still hates while I have an amazing body 12 months of living a healthy lifestyle. And one thing I’ll always remember she’s so insecure she will get mad at heel self or be in a bad mood when she “feels ugly look at my acne” and I remember her crying to my mom “I’m not pretty look at my face I have sm acne blank (my name” has straight teeth and clear skin” and she still puts me down when I say “I have a pimple or 3 I need to do so facial” and she’s like “at least your face isn’t as bad as mine I’m worse than you!😡” and it’s crazy cuz she’s my sister not supposed to be my enemy,hater none of that I’m always positive towards her no matter what.

Once I got 19/20 on my data handling test and my Best friend(not anymore) got 15 something i was telling it to my other teacher and she said "its not a big deal its just data handling dude"making it sound like she had more marks and its not about that only she always wants the spotlight and every time i say something she starts crying even if its her fault.. just a few days after that i found her gossiping bad about me to my other friend. btw i broke our friendship so stay safe out there and be careful of who you trust!

My ex bestfriend does this to me now. I normally I don't get compliments but this one time a guy on bus complimented my eyes and said they were pretty. My ex friend then made up a ridiculous lie saying that she has heterochromia (two different colored eyes) just for attention. As soon as she said this all the attention went to her and she was saying how ugly she was to fish for compliments. I've known her since second grade and there's no way shes worn colored contacts everyday for 6 years without me noticing. The worst part is she did all this for attention and to make me feel bad. Sadly this isnt the only time she's done something like this.

I had this happen twice--a male friend stop by my new house to pick me up for brunch and I show them around - - both of them upon looking in my closet said you don’t have room for a man up in here.-I got my closet designed to display shoes and handbags along with clothing.- - but they are the same clothes and shoes that were in my much larger apartment closet. Both of these guys made me feel bad for using my space - - of course if someone were to move in to the home with me, I would arrange the closet differently, I could not put my finger on why this made me feel so angry . If I were to get married, we would just get a different house - - or the current closet space will be rearranged but there’s multiple closets in this home. I didn’t understand where that comment room from I can - - I can only think of it as jealousy, but could it be something else?

I have a friend and we play Mario kart every morning cuz it’s fun, or it used to be. I won 4/5 time and he didn’t like it. He wasn’t as experienced at the game as me, and he naturally tried to get better. He has gotten better but he still can’t beat me. Now he simply tries to insult me whenever he can and call me unskilled despite us playing like normal. Then he brags about anything he does slightly correct. I’ve tried to be nice to him, but it’s gotten to the point where it’s just hard to enjoy being around him. Even my other friends hate him. He is constantly boasting about random crap that literally nobody cares about. We have been friends for years but he just started acting this way a few months ago. I’ve tried letting him win but that just made him more obnoxious. I’m very conflicted on what I should do because we have known each other for a long time and I still want us to be buds, but not act like this.

My ex partner was jealous of me. Didn’t think males could be jealous of females; was I wrong. He was constantly trying to out do me, and immolating me. For example, he upgraded his car, decorated his apartment and changed his wardrobe. When I commented his behavior he just replied that he had “keep up” with me.

When I was like grade 3 or smth i had like a top 8 overall of my batch. My friend was celebrating for me becuse it was hard to get into top 10 of your batch. Then there a gril from my class was like “Will you keep quiet you don’t have to rub it in our face!” And me being a kid thought that I was being mean to them, I stopped celebrating thoses kind of event.
