At one point, Robotnik declared he would enslave all of humanity and use them as his machines. I'm not talking about just a city of people or an entire county. He said ALL OF HUMANITY. Like, all 8 billion of them. I don't think there's a specific crime in the U.S. law regarding that specific situation, but it's CERTAINLY a crime against humanity.

I'm pretty sure there's even more accounts of property destruction, assault and battery, attempted murder, and reckless endangerment if each encounter is broken down. Like the highway chase scene endangered A LOT of people and did A LOT of damage to cars and the road - not to menton reckless driving. And he crossed into 3 different countries illegally, so that's illegal border crossing. I'm sure there's a boatload of others, but INAL.

I think it would be fair to assume he was working on his machines with approval from the US government, considering he was explicitly stated to be working for the government before the events of the movie. The aircraft, on the other hand, was a prototype that was put into operation without government approval

8:39 Technically self defense, the guards brandished their weapons first and in the original movie cut even threatened his life. He then used ambush tactics. The original movie cut for sonic 1 also had the details of what happened to "the bully" who now had to use a straw, how Robotnik invented an device that inflicted grievous bodily harm on his bully. 3:07 Unless he didn't explained what happened in the movie, Dr. Robotnik made something that injured the bully, which is why he(the bully) needed a straw to eat. So that means he(Robotnik) would be charged with assault with bodily harm or something like that and likely intimidation to anyone who would think of bullying him.

You missed "Illegal border crossing" as one of the charges. Three of them from the first movie when Robotnik was pursuing Sonic through the Warp Rings into Paris, China, and Egypt. Robotnik commits "Illegal border crossing" again in the second movie when he and Knuckles show up in Siberia via Warp Ring since it's confirmed later in the movie that Knuckles has some. It's very unlikely Robotnik went through border control for the countries involved.

Awesome, but I think you will have to upload a second part of fines to Eggman for when the Sonic 3 movie hits theaters because believe me, in the third Sonic movie there will be more damage to illegals. You should even upload more videos of fining Eggman for every act he has done not only in the movies, but also in all the Sonic video games and in all the Sonic series because believe me that in total Eggman has an infinite sentence that will never end to pay.
