I played wot on the console version for a long time and if you want you should try that too, its a bit different like having a researchtree to the sturmtiger and it got a completly different gamemode where you are going from coldwar-tanks to modern ones

If there's another universe where Spookston plays WoT instead of WT, I would've probably played WiT instead of WT. This man is one of the main reasons I went back to WT after not playing for 4 yrs

lol it’s so funny to me that warthunder players will make fun of WoT SPECIFICALLY for being “unrealistic”, yeah it’s true, but WoT was never MEANT to be realistic, it’s blatantly arcade-y and never went for realism.. if a game has HP it isn’t trying to be realistic, and that’s just it lol

@@oilsine Personally, as a Warthunder player who has played WoT. I don't dislike the game because it's unrealistic. I don't like the game because it looks and feels weird. I also have no respect for a game that has "premium ammunition." Like yes, War Thunder has a painful grind and until recently the Devs hated the players. At least once you get a tank, you get everything it has to offer with some grinding.

@@oilsine Well WoT is just another tank game for people who don't wanna get good at warthunder, im ngl at first when I started playing WT I almost deleted it but the game is so many gigabytes I didn't wanna have to re-download it later if I wanna play it, the reason I wanted to quit was cause the game starts out being so hard and just annoying. But once you found out how to position and where to shoot a tank and just general skill WT is a hundred more times fun than WoT, also WT has its silly moments not just including M22's at top tier. I recommend you really try getting good at warthunder and you will see why WT players make fun of WoT so much. Each kill feels so nice in warthunder especially when its a snipe literally over half the map and all you could see of him was his muzzle flash when he shot.

​​@@sauronsrighthandman301 iirc they got rid of premium ammo costing gold. It's way more expensive to buy than standard ammo (like 6x as much), but you can get it without spending real money. "Gold ammo" is mostly a colloquialism at this point.

its called balanced. high damage short duration fire is insanely powerful in wot, where in cases you can easily kill a person in one clip, by the time they got 2 shots off. as such they need to be in the face of enemy teams to do this, because if they could snipe from 20km away and get every shot on target, it would be fucking busted.

@@GewelReal these burst-fire tanks need to be balanced in relation to single shot tanks, and they do that by giving them bad dispersion after firing. If these 4-round-clips would hit at the same rate as a single-shot gun, no one would play single-shot since the burst damage would be insanely overpowered. It's far away from reality or WT mechanics, but a needed balancing mechanism.

@@LordOfChaos.x Didn't play WoT for a long time but as I remember everything is awful if u don't pay for 100% crew. I ain saying the snail is a saint when it comes to benefits with premium but WT is a lot better at hiding it that Wot.

@@brumitriusjohnson5238 In case the issue with paid crew training was the only thing driving you away... they actually changed this a couple months ago. 100% trained crews come free now, which really helps in the lower tiers. They did some shit to perks when retraining to a different vehicle but 100% is 100%. WT and WoT are very different but I still find some fun in both.

@@brumitriusjohnson5238 the company that owns WoT literally has documents where its shown how they can tweak your matches to either win with a premium or lose with a tech tree. This also applies to blitz (mobile version), my only premium tank (german t25) has like 60-70% win rate while others have 30-40%

the thing is that spookston plays on lower tiers and lower tiers are often full of bots (tier 1-4) tier 5 and up is when you start to see less bots and more players (tier 5 to 6) and tier 7 and up is players only matches plus the 105 mm on the tiger is smol, smol dik how alot of people say, the long gun funny enough is the 88mm kwk43 of the king tiger
