This is how I simply find catfish and keep catching catfish in the river.
It's not throwing baits it's placing baits.

Making moves is important. I think most people that get frustrated with fishing is because they don't move or they don't recast in other areas. I like to recast around the 30 minute mark. 15 minutes sounds better
