I met Audrey Hepburn in France when I was in my teens. I literally had no idea who she was but we crossed paths on a train to Switzerland. I actually fell over after catching sight of her (and she was maybe in her sixties then but still beautiful, like magnetic) because I had a bunch of bags I was carrying and wasn't looking where I was going. She offered me her hand to get up, but I hesitated, and one of her people grabbed me and pulled me up. My family was checking I was okay, she was literally drifting away on a cloud of fairy sparkles. My mum told me who she was and I became obsessed. Her story is remarkable.

Actually it's because all other actors was recast with 50s actors except for Keanu, because ofc you can't change him out. But then why change the others? Well then fuck it! make a meme reference about how he's immortal as that was a meme a couple of years ago. So that's the joke. Keanu was always there even in the 50s "cuz he immortal lolz"

It could just be a prequel. The Architect did mention there were previous incarnations of the matrix, and Merovingian's henchmen showed they were from older eras. And Neo had predecessors. This is still lore accurate.

Yep, we really are existing in a dependent conditional cosmos, layers and threads of different degrees of reality this 'reality'. That being the case, let us say, the situation has been nicely presented as: this universe is not really real nor is it really unreal - it is neither real nor unreal. A view widely held by eastern thinkers, and configured in a theist form: "God alone is real. All else is unreal." Over 60 years old and still Matrix is a unique movie. No other movie has it's particular perspective.

A 1950s era setting for the next matrix is a clever idea. maybe the architect tries something different inspired by the last battle etc

Starring the lovely and talented Audrey Hepburn as Trinity. And, she goes on to become Catwoman, in 'Batman 1957'. Which is perhaps the most consequential Batman move of all time.

It would have been great if in the real world, the computers print a continuous sheet of punchcard, as the code of the matrix with a backlight always on Typewriter would be for inside the matrix
