An Elite Aegis Cruiser in this game or a Heroic Stealth Tank in C&C 3 (or a Heroic Mantis in Kane's Wrath) can spray missiles like crazy. On a lesser scale, the Javelin Soldiers in RA3 unleash a stream of missiles when using the laser lock.

this is probably what Foehn had been doing, they're trying to make a Nanofiber Sync improved Demo Truck but it's way too powerful so they nerfed it a little and added particle colliders to make up for it and created the M.A.D.M.A.N.
