12:40 I feel your pain. I used Angi, formerly Angi's List, for house cleaning. One month I cancelled and they still sent someone to my apartment and billed me for it. The next month they tried to bill me twice for the serviced I'd cancelled, then they said they hadn't. I quit using their service. I use Thumbtack now, it costs more but there's no bullshit.

In our house, if you make a mess you clean it up, so the roommate who broke the coffee table or left other messes would be the one cleaning it up, and if I had to stand over them with a ball bat I'd do it. As for the cars parked on someone else's lawn, I'd have those things towed.

78. Think I've seen such a thing on a table in a cafe in Europe. Push it and the light goes on to alert the waiter you want something. It avoids the many movements to get his attention. And yes, waiters in Europe don't almost sit on your table and they are not intrusive.

Is the second board the same length as the first board..? Is the second board the same type wood as the first board (Pine, Oak, etc.)? Was this tree grown on public land, or private property..? 🤫
