Super Easy Chinese Dumpling Soup (Sui Kow Soup) 水饺汤 Wonton Noodle Soup Recipe Substitute
Ingredients:
Serves 4 pax

Soup base
-------
1kg chicken feet - blanched
200g dried anchovies - rinsed & dry fried
10g white peppercorns - dry fried
3L water
3 teaspoons salt or to taste
Sui kow (Chinese dumplings)

Filling:
150g minced pork
150g prawns - cut into chunks
2 tablespoons low sodium light soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt (use 0.5 tsp If not using low sodium light soy sauce)
30ml water (add 10g julienned young ginger & 1 stalk of spring onion stem - squeeze the juices out and strain liquid into the minced pork mix)
1 tablespoon cornflour
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil
30g chopped water chestnut
Other ingredients:
~25 - 30 round sui kow or wonton skin
Some water
Blanch some fresh wonton noodles to turn this recipe into Sui Kow Noodle Soup.
