For anyone that has grown up in a narcissistic or toxic family please remember that the flow of energy wasn't balanced. You gave more than you received consistently. And that may of become habitual. You may of thought that giving without receiving the equivalent or greater is normal but it's not. It's definitely not. I hope this meditation brings balance back to your lives and to your heart as it did for me. Love you all!

Narcissistic parent led to narcissist partner of 33 years.Took me to 65 years of age to wake up. Still struggling to believe that I can receive . I see my self as unworthy and so undeserving of abundance, it makes me cry just to think it is possible after all. Thanks so much for video

This is for ALL OF US FOREVER KIDS... who were traumatised very young by a Narc thus we fractured to somehow salvage and sirvive with a least a bit of ourselves...It is not however a meditation...Its a message and a Prayer it heals and it helps us be - Absolutely stunning work ❤️💯

Thank you for the feeling and reminder that abundance is my natural or functional state. My source is abundant therefore its dysfunctional for a child of the highest king God to not be in that state...I feel so warm and relaxed
