Moving to England in April and already purchased ticket to go by ship. Friend booked it as well that I met on prior trips, but solo cabins so others actions will keep the voyage unaffected overall. Hello Alexander! I wanna thank you alot for that video! Yesterday was a pretty bad day for me, I spend the day with my Mother but kept overthinking non stop, feeling stressed about my cicumstances (my Mom have some health issues) and I wasnt present AT ALL! Early this morning I saw that video, gave a like and told myself "I will watch it later". I watched it this afternoon and you dont know how much it helped me for today! That circle analogy is so good, it really helped me to stay focused and grounded all day, and made me realize that I should focus on the inside and not the outside that I cant control! Hi. 'I don t care about what others think and about what is outside my inner circle' it is very dangerous to think and say to others. Just imagine a criminal getting out of jail after seeing this video, saying in his mind I don t care about what others think about my actions. Or imagine someone that is in need of urgent help and people pass by thinking I m only saving myself u should do that too, focus on yourself I am not helping u. Extrem pictures but possible ones. I do understand where u want to go with your view, but in life it is all about balance. It is easier for us to see what needs fixing in others and on the outside of our circle and harder on what is inside and how to make our life better. We need to focus on both. If you would live next to a special person from which you can learn your life would get better. So the outside and the people around us matter. And we can change a lot of our outside and can control. A rich person can change the lives of many children for exemple. So let s not only focus on ourselves, that is why wars and many other horrible things are possible unfortunately.
