My question (you can ask next time), "what makes these car more special than all the other cars here in Albany?". No one wants there cars tampered with, yet...as we all druve around, go to Walmart, etc, I don't know anyone paranoid about having their car tampered with.

It sure took a lot of officers (excuse me Tyrants) to come out to surround you in the parking lot. Then the tyrants tried to blame you for taking up their precious time. They said it is a "secure parking lot" but the gates were wide open at each end with just an authorized parking sign. You should not have been restrained for being on that public property. But that's what tyrants do.

I agree, perhaps he may want to go over some ground rules before he works with others before heading out with them. The other person may have been correct. It was like listening to good cop bad cop and as such came across more negative. So far, she has settled down...now to finish out the video. 👍

Taxpayers own the property (government owns nothing they are just a steward of the peoples property) you can’t be trespassed off your own property. You would have to commit another crime other then trespassing. Anything that’s secure needs to be secured and signage needs to be clear. Until the signage is clearly posted it’s open to the public. We don’t need these kind of police officers we need officers like the one at the front desk. The gates open and there’s no sign you’ll lose if you arrest him. Cops have that pack mentality they’re only tough when their buddies are with them. These type of actions are why you have to wear a bulletproof vest for a job that doesn’t even make the top 20 most dangerous jobs.

When you submit complaint forms get date stamped copies. Email copies of complaints to: 1. Chief 2. IA 3. City Manager 4. City Attorney 5. City clerk just for fun. If they do not reply in a timely fashion just email the complaint again

Signs must be clearly and properly posted, meaning affixed, installed, and if applicable, appropriate enforcement codes listed on the sign itself. The signs laying on the ground are not valid or legal.

A word of caution for anyone considering using any unfamiliar agency or organization: Be extra vigilant with your due diligence and double-check everything they do because you have no way of knowing what kind of certifications or qualifications any of the employees or volunteers have. And if they make a mistake it will probably hurt you far more than it will ever hurt them.

I seen complaint forms that are filled out finding the violation or violations the violated and list them off the policy usually has # assigned to each policy, and one people usually don't put if the have a policy when dealing with Media. Which means they have had training on 1A. And also document on there Constitutional rights violations.

Always request any & all BWC, reports, calls/emails from day & time of incident & any regarding the incident after that day before filing the complaints so nothing is blocked from getting because of the IA investigation. FOIA all their policies & procedures or specifically the policy on IDing to the public. Most is minimum name & badge# & some are 3 forms such as rank, name & badge#, some can be name, badge# & police ID, etc.. List specific sections by # from the policy that the officers violated, as well as statutes of law they committed, if any, & of course the federal codes of conspiriacy to deprive rights, seeing as there were multiple officers & deprivation of rights for illegal tresspass by threat of arrest. Add the officer who illegally parked to the complaints too. In my opinion most if not all of the officers failed to ID, few were unprofessional, 1 or 2 tried escalating the incident by stepping very close to you, trying to intimidate you, stepping & bumping into you, etc.. Also, look into what constitutes as a LEIN voolation for when officers leave their CADs open. Another means of holding LEOs accountable for not following their policy as well as for not protecting private information of citizens seeing as they always claim it's for yours or someones safety by which they supposedly are asking you "lawfully" do something they want you to do

Pretty good audit up until the end when you started filming the officer in the car. He didn't say anything until you started filming his computer screen. Even then he only asked you not to over privacy concerns and you came back at him pretty aggressively. Other than that Albany PD may want to put up no trespassing signs and secure the lot if they are worried about tampering and sensitive materials in the vehicles.
