The orange enamel cookware at one of the first sales looked like Catherine Holm, if so that sells for good money. I sold a small avocado green bowl for $100. I was telling you through the TV buy it buy it lol

I collect it for my daughter in law. I started 25 years when few knew what it was and I got steals on it. Now? Oh my gosh! I checked it last night after I saw that. Those three piece sets would probably total for $600 to 700. One big skillet lid sold for 99. Never pass them up no matter the condition!! I bought a condiment set on the teak board at an auction for $7.50. One sold on eBay for $400+

I randomly stumbled upon Tybee island once on a road trip and needing a place to stay the night. Turns out there was an island wide water fight that day, so funny kids were throwing water balloons at my car 😂

Surveying tool is called a level. They vary a lot in value. Worth looking into though. I showed it to my husband who has been a land surveyor for over 25 years. He said they can be worth anywhere between $30-$2,500. 🤓

We go to Tybee Island a few times a year from Upstate South Carolina, but have not gotten to go during the City Wide yard sale. Thanks for showing some of it. They have it again in October. Hoping to be able to go this year. If not, I hope you all will so that I can live vicariously through y'all again. Love your videos. :)

Wow! What a great find! I knew as soon as you showed the first club you had a winner. So happy for you! This was just what you needed in this slow season. The little vase Kayla picked up looked like Circus Glass, very pretty. I've never been to Tybee, but have read about it and in author Pat Conroy's books. He lived on the Island, but we unfortunately we lost him several years ago. Just had a feeling things would be looking up! Cat (Meow)

I was hoping Kayla would of bought those wooden figures she was looking at in box. Not sure what they were for sure but if it's what I think they were it was good money. I cant remember for sure but seen the same thing about 3 or 4 years ago and back then they were worth like $250 and I'm sure more now or could be less. Have a safe trip back.

Hi from Wisconsin. Kayla had her hand on a box of, what looked like, Netsuke miniatures! I about pooped my pants when I saw them. lol I was yelling at her really loud. I'm an antique dealer and have never seen that many in one place before. I love you guys and your adventures together. Reminds me of my husband and me when would we used to go to sales every weekend. Now we own our own antique business and many people bring us inventory. We also set up and host estate sales, and we've done total household buyouts. We're just a small business, but we do alright. We survived the COVID shutdown, thank God. Many small businesses didn't, which is so very sad. Keep up the great work and thank you so very much for sharing your experiences. I was just down on Edisto Island S.C. for the week, loved it! Great food and a small thrift store with lots of goodies called the Thriftory! That level thingy is a Surveyors Transit, but your Dad probably told you that already. :) Be good! Have fun!

The surveying instrument is not a transit; it is a surveyors level. Very old school. I used one in surveying class in the early 1960’s

WOW great buy on the clubs. Your videos are helpful to my son and I when sourcing. Come up to my area of New York -- we have over 70 miles of dirt roads which will never be paved. Home are way too expensive as we are only an hour north of New York City. Glad we bough our home 44 years ago. Thanks for sharing.

My father was a surveyor And used a transit like that, if he tripped with it, happened a lot in rocky Pa he had to take it to a place in Philly to get it recalibrated

I know many have suggested that those tubes might well be connected with fuses, but is it possible that they could also have been vacumn tubes - the kind that many stores or businesses used to send either correspondence or money up to a cashier or department in a store or business. I know that in days gone by such items were common (especially useful for payments where you didn't want to have 'cashiers' on the floor.
