@@caseyryback2421 BECAUSE, China has signed and ratified UNCLOS in June 7, 1996. They CONSENTED to be bound by UNCLOS because they ratified the treaty. If they do not respect what they signed, their word and reputation in the international community becomes useless. That is why we pursued the case, the result was successful despite they not choosing to participate, they voluntarily chose not to. Hence, regardless of whatever they say of "not participating blah blah blah", they already consented to be bound by it when they signed on June 7, 1996.

16:30 Take note of a major fact that Carpio said, which is true and should be deeply noted, The UNCLOS did and does not regulate "territorial dispute." It is even mentioned on the introductory notes of the award document itself that it is not included in the scope of the award. The scope of that award is focused on "maritime rights disputes" on the exclusive economic zones.

Where are these money ? Projects, where? It’s only in the Philippines wherein every department head is being investigated in the congress or senate. PNP involved in drugs, Bureau of Customs on illegal , where’s the National ID, Transportation on issuing paper license, mayors involved in land grabbing , Agriculture on illegal selling rice to traders(NFA), illegal import and trading, PhilHealth budget controversy etc . If corruption is solved, the country is rich and nobody will suffer that much
