Actually, those 3 rules are actually the necessary and also the enough rules there can exist when you wish something. For death it's actually a horrible thing to wish to someone. No one deserves to die. However you can just ask someone to disappear from your life without asking for him/her to die. That's the only way you can wish something without the loss of someone. For love is also a great but terrible thing to ask (the real love is what you get without you ask for). I wished and probably most of the people wished that someone could love himself/herself, but you must understand that if you do that, you're just creating a illusion, a thing that it wasn't supposed to be. For the more whishes… literally to make sure that you can't have more wishes (¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯), that sucks but you must know that we can't get everything we want.
