INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Cup Flour
3 Tbsp Ghee
¼ Tspn Salt
Mix Well
1/3 Cup Water (Add Gradually)
Make Dough
Take Some Dough
Roll
Sprinkle Flour
Roll
Cut Into Pieces
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden & Crispy
Sugar Syrup:
½ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Water
Let It Boil
Boil For 5 Min.
Fried Sweets
Soak For 10 Min.

I tried this. the inside is raw. good idea but it doesn't work. you can even tell the dough is raw inside at the end of the video.

Maybe after rolling it out she spread some more ghee and sprinkle the flour then roll it up so that the layera will seperate and be flaky like a paratha.
