If you have pears, banana and oatmeal, make this delicious cake without sugar
Ingredients:
2 pears.
1 banana.
1 egg.
250ml milk.
1 tbsp flaxseed oil.
100g oatmeal (1 cup).
30g walnuts (1/4 cup).
1 tsp cinnamon powder.
1 tsp ginger powder.
1 tsp baking powder.
pinch of salt.
Bake at 180°C /350°F for 25-35 minutes.
serve with vanilla ice cream (optional)
garnish: cinnamon powder
