This is definitely not how you cooked potatoes! This is a very tasty recipe. Cutlets are juicy, with a pleasant tuna flavor. It goes perfectly with fresh cucumber and yoghurt sauce. In Indonesia 🇮🇩 we call this perkedel. Instead of tuna, we put in minced chicken. It's delicious as well. Though we usually eat it with savory soups like Soto, with side dishes of sambal and lalap

Even people with low sodium diets could do this...omit the salt or alot of it, use tuna without added salt, lots of healthy options.FINALLY a great cook who doesn't do the chatty stuff throughout!! World class.

Great idea for potatoes and canned ham. I will try it today or tomorrow in my air fryer. I wouldn’t want to have the yogurt dressing so maybe I will do something with sour cream and pickles to go along with this. Thanks for the recipe

I am watching from the USA. My mother used to make a version of this with leftover mashed potatoes when I was growing up but I learned a few tricks from you to make them better! She never added green onion or meat, and didn’t roll them into a ball or dredge in flour. She just spooned them from the mixing bowl as random shaped blobs straight into the pan. Yours are much prettier :) Can’t wait to try your version, and the sauce! Looks much better than the ketchup we always covered them in. 😂 Thank you for sharing!

I’m in the Northeastern USA and we used to make our potato pancakes with or without canned salmon, but it’s a ton of sodium in canned meats now, so we go without.

I am watching from....California, USA... I am from India and We would make our Patato pattice with Sweet, sour and spicy goat mince meat called keema. MOM WOULD MAKE LITTLE POTATO CUP IN HER PALM AND PLACE A SPOONFUL OF Kerman in the potato, dab it shut press itself round potato balls down,, Dip it in a slirry bath of Whipped eggs aftervcoatingbitbwith breadcrumbs or cream of wheat and lightly fry them with a littlenmore oil so that the egg batter would stay on the patty... Now are Keema pattice are ready and we always preferred to eat itvwith our home made potato Pattice...

I grew up in the South (Georgia) and had salmon patties made pretty much like these. Now still live in the South (North Carolina) and made salmon patties for my family ( economical) for many years. Always made extra mashed potatoes just for the patties. Thank you for the trip down memory lane.
