她的認知是牛肉+麵就叫牛肉麵呀😂😂 尤其她每次牛肉不管做啥菜就只會醬油、紅薯粉醃製～ 跟一般人的認知不太一樣～ 看她的廚藝看久了， 習慣就好～習慣就好～

Qué extraña forma de cocinar. Acostumbro guisar primero la carne, 🥩 luego ajo, cebolla y el tomate .🍅 Sí agrego papas,🥔🥔 zanahorias 🥕🥕🥒ó calabaza ó brócoli 🥦lo hago antes de agregar él agua. Los🍜 fideos y él huevo,🥚🍳 siempre los hago por separado.🥘

小九版的蕃茄牛肉麵，看起來沒啥食慾，孩子和長辈都很賞臉，建議下次炒蕃茄可以加些洋葱，可降低蕃茄的酸度，味道也会更好
