It was "anything goes" for movie buffs until 4:01......when that Super Star theme starts playing, millions of gamers roar in pride that they kept this theme alive!!!!

The most unbelievable part of this fight is that Luigi is on par with Mario and is able to keep up after using the star, despite Luigi being locked up in a cage for most of the movie. Luigi didn't get any training unlike Mario.

Mario and Luigi proved themselves to their dad and old boss Spike. Now one day, I'm gonna prove myself to my old boss. And I say "old" loosely; I'm leaving the job, not "have left the job." She's one of the main reasons why.

Thought it'd have been neat if you had put some sort of special effect on Mario & Luigi's healthbars while they were in Invincibility form as a way to kind of signify that nothing was bringing those particular numbers down in that state.

Okay, I’ll admit it, NOT ONLY I saw the movie 7 times in theatres, but I got the special collectable “Tin Case Super Star” Walmart exclusive edition, which came with the Blu-Ray and DVD disks. Hey, I also had a Mario themed birthday party this year, which I received a special movie promotional Red Mushroom pillow directly from Japan, (thanks to my sister’s soon to be husband, who just so happened to be there for work, just as the movie was being released in Japanese theatres!) along with a new Mario knapsack and lunchbox which were purchased by sister. Ever since I watched the movie, I’ve gone COMPLETELY CRAZY over Mario and the gang! Heck, I got a collection of plush toys of various characters both good and evil, with the tags written in Japanese and English! Oddly enough, I didn’t have to travel far to get them! My local Walmart stores (where I live there are several of them, and they don’t ALL have the same selection!) along with SEVERAL plastic figures both movie collectables and not!

2 references from super mario 64 in the bowser boss fight bowser jumps to you when your too far from him and in the video bowser jumps in front of the star speaking of stars when mario and luigi fight bowser with the star the spin his tail like in the bowser boss fight in super mario 64
