17:20- Wolf Spiders are mildly venomous(small red welt, minor pain at bite location)... I grew up playing with them and others like the Big-faced spiders aka jumping spiders. Both species of spiders are harmless and very useful for reducing other pests like woodlouse, silverfish, ball bugs, beetles, black widows and brown recluses the list goes on.

A friend of mine made something recently… I took one look at it and mentally heard Fredo “Crispy? You mean cremated, I don’t want no piece”… That is how bad my friend cooked their chicken in the oven. It was as hard as charcoal and completely inedible. It was so bad I had to watch Fredo’s compilation of “Gimme piece” videos to remind myself that people other than myself CAN cook. My friend needs to stay away from the kitchen because I don’t even trust them with the sink, might find it somehow on fire one of these days.

@@akay_2 man about 2 years ago a good friend of mine from Canada mailed me a package. It only had a post-it with " I'm going to publish this when you die, because you're not going to before" on a book titled "Best Bad Luck Ever". Half-way through it I called him to wish him luck, because I was there and still found it hard to believe. I have been revived, and suffered more head trauma than I thought by double...that makes sense after I thought about it. I am honestly scared to read anymore due to the next chapter covering the loss of my wife and son. I have not conquered that hill yet.

@@akay_2 my buddy I've known since we were in diapers is doing the book thing, it has always felt weird writing about myself. He mentioned that I should write a book also a while back, and after talking about it we decided his memory is better and he's better than I am writing long form.

I'm so sorry for how the way you were raised took over your adult life. I can relate. I was the oldest of 4 to a widowed mother. I got straight A's and graduated in the top 5% of my class. All I ever heard from my mom was "It's a good thing you do well in school because you're useless around here." I had to move out at 19, just couldn't take it anymore. I needed peace. The one thing I had going for me was knowing she was wrong about me. She didn't ever know me. God didn't create us to live a joyless life. He loves us. It's breaking His heart that you've shut yourself away from the world. Forgiving your upbringing is a step to take. While you're quiet, pray. Pray for help in forgiveness, and pray for healing and pray for joy to come into your life. You can forgive your family, but you don't have to have them in your life if they're continuing to cut you down. That's wisdom and discernment to start taking over your life for the better. You get joy and laughter from Fredo. You can also get the same thing from making friends who also live their lives happily. One step at a time will move your life in the right direction. You are only a “failure” if YOU see yourself as one, NOT simply because someone else told you that you were or made you feel that way as a child. It is not your fault that you believed it either, when you were a child you did not have a choice, but now as an adult it is your choice. I dealt with similar issues due to the CSA I experienced as a kid, but as I grew up I realized that it is my choice. I can either accept what they showed me, as my reality, or I could learn something different. I’m still a work in progress and certainly haven’t “made it”, tons of crap in my life… but I am proud of who I am and my accomplishments. It may not be much to others but I overcame circumstances that other people may have drowned in! No one else can see it, but I am one of my own hero’s. I overcame CSA, ending up in the foster care system, groomed and raped by my forty something year old step brother in law at 12, porn addiction, and a seriously f’d up view of women/men… I actually managed to get married and have a family, became a nurse, survive brain surgery, and even my husband cheating on me, now I know that I can handle pretty much anything. Please stop telling yourself the lie that you’re a “failure”, because you’re only a failure if you CHOOSE to be a failure.❤

Yeah, that kind of math is actually the problem, especially when worded that way. Did they mean 9 is 1/3 of 1% of the answer, or that 9 is 33% (1/3) of the answer?
