tx Billy as usual terrific practical suggestions for folks on the journey. It's so motivating to hear an accomplished musician discuss from your own experience specific issues common to most of us and have really helpful recommendations. A true teacher. I am hopeful that you would consider a focus on playing chords on cello at some point.

Hi Billy, happy new Year thanks for this video and your other content, it is really useful in addition to the regular classes I am visiting! I started playing the cello a year ago at the age of 32. I am so grateful I did and would say I am making good progress. This year I will be traveling for 4 weeks and I can't take my cello with me. Do you have any tips on how I can minimize the loss of my progress?
