Hey George, this family has found a way to provide great content while showing the world the beauty of the Philippines. They aren't scamming anyone by making their living through their vlogs No one is forcing anyone to pay to watch this channel. You Tube pays them through views and ads. You should take your rude comments and negativity elsewhere.

Trust me Jay, since the pandemic there is no better place to be than where you are. I’m a Filipino Migrated to Europe in the 90’s and then went back home and then went back it was back and forth until I got married and got Kids. During the time in the Philippines, there came the time I realized that I also want my Kids to have the opportunity like I had when I left Europe. Now we are all here in the EU. Since the pandemic and now the War in Ukrain and then the Chaos around the world right now is stressing as all. I’m starting to ask myself if I did the right decision. To make it short, you are very lucky having this place you are living.👍

Actually the truth about the local dogs here is not the same as you see on a Google search. There are over 7000 islands and the dog status is quite different in each. For example on this island there are no reports of biting. No bite clinics. Rabies is very well managed by the local and foreign community here. And they don’t eat or dispose of the strays either. Unfortunately though there are still many malnourished and abandoned dogs on this island also. So it’s a little more complicated than your statement. But I will say the strays here are not aggressive and have a better life than those near the cities

My elderly filipina mom left the PH to follow her husband in his military career in the USA. She would visit family and friends every few years, but decided that retiring in the Philippines was not for my dad, my mother and our family after trying retirement with school-age children who only spoke English. It was a culture shock for us as children. She sold her ancestral land little by little since she did not plan to return permanently in the PH and she needed the money to support our family living in the USA. As she ages, late 80-year-old, she is also concerned about the healthcare system in the PH when she visits. Her father and siblings were all healthcare professionals living in the PH. She will only visit the PH for 2 - 4 weeks periods. Good advice to try living in the PH for a while and see how you like it before you commit to buying a condo or property.

😂😂😂the dogs during the credits. Lol amyways i have to say you guys are one of my fav vloggers for the philippines so far. My only adjuatment i worry about is access to good quality healthy food there. Manila i know i can but i do not want to live in manila. I know you guys struggle with getting good vegan stuff. Im not vegan but i like a good vegab dish here there once in awhile. I wont eat any soy. To me ive done my research and its garbage. But things like fresh produce are important to me and being able to have good qualitly flours to make homemade breads. I like king arthur but i also like sprouted spelt flour and rye flour. I van go without breads. Its not a nesscisity. But my proteins are limited. I dont eat a lot of pork and i love the way the filipinos cook it but only as a treat not something for everyday its not healthy. Beef is a luxury there and honestly shhhhh dont tell my family but i can live without it. I love just about everything that comes out of the sea. We dont mind being pescatirans. ( misspell) and i limit myself to obly a small amount of rice. Dont get me wrong i love it but it causes inflammation if you have too much and its not healthy to eat a lot of it. I like to use coconut anything like the oil the water the milk etc etc. Are nuts hard to come by there? This is my only adjustment id have to make moving there.
