Skinwalker or what my people call them “Yéé Naaldóósíí” are creatures you do not want to run into or hunt for. They are unpredictable creatures. Sure others may have different opinions but hey it’s your view, not gonna argue. However in my experiences and what my elders taught me is what I believe and take them serious. “Yéé Naaldóósíí” are humanoid beings that terrorize people home’s or is sent by someone that has hatred against you, family or possessions. They give off unwanted feelings that in modern language can’t really be explained. They are feelings that have fear, adrenaline, and confusion all mashed up. (Sorry my English is quite poor) Forward more, if you do happen to try and see one or hunt one, best of luck and best have a religion to protect you. They give off effects mentally and in some cases physically. All in all, they do transform into animals that they killed and human wise is unknown. For what I was taught, for skin walkers to look humanoid. They were once a person that became corrupted with evil. The way that I’ve been taught to ward off these unwanted creatures are by one of the following: sacred prayers, ashes and always have a natural arrow head ( No artificial arrow heads ). The ashes part you simply glide your finger with ashes across your forehead and say a quick prayer for yourself and your loved ones. Then turn off lights and any noise and be quiet till they are gone. The arrow head part has to be a natural arrow head found on the ground and kept. They are my people version of the crucifix. Just keep it with you and sure to have some around the house. If you want more info, you can ask me more. And to others that may have different opinions or views please share them. But this is what I was taught.
