It has been 1 week, since I broke away from my narcissist ex.. I am now back in my house that has been repaired after a two year fight with insurance for flood damage.. Day 1 I didn't know where to begin to remake my home.. Day 8 and I have manifested her back together... I have everything I need, my cupboards are full.. I am abundant.. I left my career, and am currently in a rest, play be kind to me place.. no TV.. lots of sitting looking at spaces and creatively manifesting them into being... Thanks for the reading- I've been seeing a lot of little white butterflies out in the yard this week. Also, I've noticed that if something unexpected happens (for example, tonight my young cat knocked over plant, got frightened, tore threw the house, over me, scratched my arm in the process) I did not react the way I used to at all. I was not at all upset, or jumpy, didn't even feel the scratch, but very, very calm and concerned for the plant and the cat's well being. I've been working consciously on observing rather than reacting and in being mindfully in the state of gratitude 😺💖💫 This is a big deal for me as I've had PTSD for years.

Wow wow wow!!!! How did you know what I’ve been going thru??? Haha Yes!!!! People who were supposed to be helping me ended up pretty much leaving me for dead. It reminded me EXACTLY of my abusive/neglectful relationship with my mother!!!! I even told these people that. But…. For the first time ever (I’m 56) I’ve finally learned to not be affected by other people’s self-hatred. It’s still been extremely lonely, BUT…. I used to try to push out those recurring thoughts of the past. Especially things that make me cringe would just sort of pop up at random points in the day and ruin my mood. But i heard someone say that if its something thats popping up over and over then maybe its some unresolved trauma that needs to be healed. So when i came across these trigger tracker pages on Pinterest i knew i was being guided to look those things in the face and figure out why im so at war at them and then accept that it happened and let it flow away. It was so healing. So much in my physical reality started to change once i stopped hiding from them because i realised they were keeping me in survival mode.

Oh Debrah when I get hurt or backstabbed by my family I CAN’T shut off my mind and the ugly things I say about the situation,I’ve been working hard on it and still have trouble shutting up when I’m mad!!! Omg Debrah it’s like your talking to me, I’ve ascended but my family hasn’t and they think I’m completely crazy and has made my life VERY UNHAPPY,they hate the new me and tries to keep me down and the kids listen to there mom and say ugly things about me too!!! And I don’t know ONE person that I can talk to about this stuff with because no-one even knows what ascension IS!! I WON’T enjoy my ascension until these idiots join me!!! I've been on the journey for quite a while now and I really do believe that just over the last month or two I truly have begun a new, better era. The era of darkness and despair has ended and a calm, peaceful, fun one is just beginning. A specific sign I asked for years ago came to be just a few weeks ago. I am now in the process of minimizing my use of the internet, to stop seeing all that garbage you talked about at the end of the video. I look at it just a little bit while I drink some coffee and then turn it off. I pet my dogs, I do some hobbies, I tidy up, I relax, I stay in my own energy... instead of constantly doomscrolling and seeing so much negativity from people that I will never otherwise interact with. I'm only just beginning this and I already feel better and I'm excited to experience this new, fun, hopeful era before me.

WOW! This literally just happened! I received some pretty life altering news tonight and I've been thinking about it for many hours. That said, a thought came to my mind that I AM THE ARCHITECT OF MY FATE, and I really do not like the news that I received so that thing that they told me does not happen in MY UNIVERSE! I don't even know how it happened, but I rebelled against the idea and I rebelled against my world suffering, so I decided that THIS IS MY WORLD AND MY REALITY IS COMPLETELY MALLEABLE! I choose for MY WORLD to not go through the thing that they told me and I made my mind up! My heart and spirit were broken by a friend’s betrayal, and due to having too much downtime from co-existing health issues, I have wallowed. I’ve lived in hermit mode for almost 2 years. But… I have finally made it to the point of forgiveness! I have been able to forgive and cut cords with the one who hurt me, and my heart does feel free! My mind has been doing exactly, exactly what you describe, but I am also able to stop it now. It feels so good to be back in control. My future holds a move. I live near a beach in Florida, but my heart has always wanted to live in the mountains. I can feel that dream getting closer now, and that is where my manifesting work is focused. What an absolutely extraordinary reading! I've been feeling this shift coming and happy it was confirmed with this beautiful reading. It's summer here in the Midwest. Bees and butterflies and other pollinators are in abundance in my garden. My Big sky dream is to get rid of 90% of the grass on my property to be syrrounded by plant life and all that's attracted to it. The truth is - we are surrounded by sparkles and rainbows all the time! As light shines off of water (in the atmosphere,on the ground )it sparkles. And when light shines through a molecule of water, it refracts into a rainbow. So we are literally surrounded by sparkles and rainbows, even if we can't see them
