There are so many false ideas about what love is today. There is perhaps no word in the English language that has been more twisted, distorted, and misunderstood than the word love. What we see modeled for us on television and in the movies is a complete misrepresentation of Divine love.
In regards to love Swami Mukundananda explains, where there is no cause that is love. The moment there is a cause love turns into business. True Love begins when nothing is looked for in return. Such selfless love never fades even when the beloved acts in uncaring ways. That is the acid test of selfless love.

Divine love is so sweet and precious that it comes from the soul only not from the body . The soul has strong urge to give , give and give every moment and everything without expecting anything in return. It is never ending and ever increasing. When God is our soul beloved and the reservoir of love,we can get this love in Him only. Swamiji explains it very nicely and in so many different ways.

Today itself I got to know from Swamiji lecture that we love others only for the sake of our own happiness..how strange it is .. it's sound we are selfish for self Love only.. although there is also a reality " We can't Love others untill Love ourselves".

Thank you. These are truly beautiful teachings. IMHO One has to evolve to these higher states, along with your imperfections. and sometimes the best time to practice is when one is actually going through these hardest tests and challenges; penetrating Maya, and ego, is not easy and a lifelong task. But it is a worthy one…something we all will have to embark on it sooner or later. These beautiful teachers and practice of their wisdom are what will take us across. 🌸🙏🏼🌺

Excellent swami! but the last thing which needed to be told was which was left out.Universal love is actually universal acceptance which my guru(former) made me experience and am indebted to him for that.For you- not going into that -as you may have already known that .But my great guru who has no parallel for me failed to accept that Narayan is -god the almighty- and paid the price for that.The fact that I could save his organisation(he is not in this world since 1983)and all these happened only in 2003 from god's wrath was perhaps my gurudakshina.And the Lord has practically shown to me who is the boss around(using the lay man's language as am not a great scholar with words).Rest all that you said is agreed to .

Speech is ok, but u have to go through all these in life to understand the true meaning of it. It's not easy as he says. Content is good but it needs lots of experience to abide by it and this matter is too deep to b understood in this one session. God has put us in this world of Maya to evolve from it by becoming "love all and serve all". In that case we don't have to have a husband or a wife.

Pranam swamiji 🙏Me ram bhakt Yuvraj .I have to ask we love A person if we will not get married to her then can we married other ..for ex Shri Krishna love Radha ma but after the age of 16 Guru sandhipani become guru and realise the importance of dharma to Shri Krishna .Shri Krishna have last meet to ma Radha then Shri Krishna married rukmina Mata..please explain about it..Radhekrishna
