I've been watching your channel enough now that I'm starting to recognize your fields by the shape of the ground contours. In the last clip, before you even spoke I thought, "Oh, that's the field that had all the dock." It looks so much better now!

I myself love fall, i live in New Hampshire U.S.A and right now our leaves are changing to reds, oranges, yellows it's great! The calves are really growing well!

Quality job and quality video Adrian. U have a great way of making simple enough jobs very interesting. That gate corner would have been a good handy job for the 50B😊. I think there is very little you can do about the post going off plumb when u hit them in. We use the digger and it the same thing, starts of great then hits a stone and off it goes.

Oh, good drone shops Adrian. Those calves are so comfortable being handled by your daughters. The girls make moving the stock look so easy. Good idea to save and restore the metal gate. Hope that comes out well for you. There seems to be a gracious plenty pasture for flexible pasture rotation. Very good planning. Thank you for sharing. 🐄🇺🇸🐄🇮🇪🐄

Adrian would save yourself the hassle and dig a pipe under the electric fence gate run some wire through a pipe and means you don’t need a electric fence gate across the metal gate

That very damp area along the base of the bank would love willow if you decided on a hedgerow to soak up the water. Think the roots would help stabilise the bank as well.

It’s a good point but in reality cattle will demolish any timber fence or railing if they get near it by itching themselves against it. That’s why I add an eletric fence inside to stop them getting near the gate inside. I only do this along road side gates, everything else is barbed wired. 👍

Hi Adrain The post driver adapted with a hitch for the 50B would be a great advantage over the 3 point linkage for those hard to reach places that the tractor can't reach

I was just wondering if you had looked at the clipex posts now that the creosote has gone, I have a bog that I drained that needs to be refenced and I think they might be the best option, I put up a new fence four years ago with tanalized posts and to my disappointment on inspection after one of your videos the half of them are rotten, the wire is perfect so I will just have to tap in posts but it is not that handy when you have 8 strand sheep wire topped with two of thorny.

Great viedo Adrian. What's the fitting on the drill used for the insulators for the post? I grew up with the staple and hammer. Looks very efficient and quick.

Comes free with a large box of them insulators lad, about €5 to buy separately and most agri stores would have them 👍

Cavan is Drumlin country, small hills and hollows usually with small lakes and rivers. Not always possible to drain all the land.

@IFarmWeFarm I suggest you.hire and try a spiker and do alternate stripes in a few fields and u shall see dramatic difference in dryness and grass growth
