Welcome to my 100% Achievement/Trophy Guide for Beasts of Maravilla Island.
A game developed by banana bird studios, Published by whitethorn digital & is available to you for just £8.39 or $9.99 but is FREE with Games with Gold for the whole month of july!
So we play as melvin? Melandro? Ahh dam, i forgot, but anyway we play as a young lady who goes onto this island to take pictures of bugs, and birds and stuff using her grandads journal.
It is actually a good and cute photography adventure game :)
Achievements wise, its not too difficult but you may miss one or two achievements your first time through.
Namely for taking 4 pictures of the island spirit (A big white deer thing) at different locations.
If you go closer to him he disappears, so you need to replay the chapter.
Otherwise, its fun, its easy, and it should take around 1 - 1hour 10 minutes or so!

@@MaxMoonz go to 43.55. its on the right and it's next to the straw looking thing (yellow-streaked agave). It's brown and has 3 twigs to it. Best way to describe is before you turn the corner and you see the griffin cut scene, it's on your right :D

Great Guide as always , if anyone doesn't unlock the (Master Photographer) achievement at the end like me, I quit out my game, reset my xbox , started my game up and continued where I left off, the achievement popped after. Hopefully this helps someone

If Master Photographer doesn't pop just select continue from the menu after the credits.

Thanks for another 1000G. The Master Photographer achievement unlocked without resetting my xbox or other crazy stuff. Just watch the credits to the very end and let the game return to the first splash screen. Dashboard to home and quit the game. Restart the game and click continue. Mine popped at the scene with the journal on the ground. Maybe you'll have similar luck. Don't dashboard while playing the game.

Just a note to anyone that missed the flip on the otter they do flip at the end just wait for the animations to play after while they are glowing it happens at the end of the animations but it is on a loop.

The last achievement for getting all other achievements didn’t pop for me at the end of the game. Just watch the credits and then continue, should pop then

Great guide thanks! I'd just suggest one thing - a slightly earlier warning about the last Island Spirit photo in the last level, climbing the mountain path. I missed it, as I was looking for the last bird lol! The good news is that after watching all the credits etc. (Takes a while, but you can press A to speed some up), you can do chapter select, choose the mountain level again, and just run through to the mountain path, and you get the cut scenes with the Griffon etc., and the Island Spirit appears again. If you have done everything else (i.e. all other photos and finished the game, you will have 3 achievements left - Deer To My Heart, Master Photographer, and Professional Wildlife Photographer - and they will all unlock (assuming no glitches etc.) when you take that last pic of the Island Spirit.

Another great guide welshy boy - think thats our anniversary 20 guides now :) JUST A NOTE OF HELP - If you miss any cheevo you can go back into the game on level select with the pics you have already taken, i missed the feline fine, which inturn meant i missed pro wildlife, moutain hiker and master photog but after credits went in, ran to the end got the cheevo then ran up the steps for the final bit

If anyone like me was not seeing the griffin in the third level doing the flying behaviour shots when climbing the winding path of the mountain (Welsh saw him twice but I didn't see him at all) just carry on up to the top when you see the griffin in the temple type area. I took the ruffling feathers and gusting photo's then hung around a bit and after about 30 seconds I was able to get a photo of the griffin just about to take off which counted as my flying behaviour shot. Once AGAIN thank you for another walkthrough Welsh, not a game that was overly exciting to play, but I do like hearing those achievements pop so that made it better, and the fact that it was another 1000GS in an hour or so is good for the stats for 100% completions haha

do Demetrios the big cynical adventure next! its a 2-4 point and click adventure game that has a text walkthrough on TA, some 100% walkthroughs on KZfaq, but none with voice-over, or what is considered *charm* and *comedy* in Wales :p

If you accidentally get to close too the Island Spirit, and it disappears, just quit to Main Menu, without saving. It might put you a bit farther back in the level, but better than restarting the whole level. Don't forget to retake pics again

about 18min in I cannot get credit for the Island Spirt photos. It says captured but no achievements are popping. I maxed my book and had to delete some photos restarted the game and it still did not pop. The Deer to My Heart did not pop either. The spirt eventually disappeared. Can I reset this quickly or am I screwed?

Is it normal that after a save file the game erases the marks of the photos taken and does not give me the achievements?

This game glitched hard for me at Trekking On. I thought it was a save point so I quit the game. When I fired it back up it put me at the start of Painted Plateau and my journal was blank so it didn't track any of the pics and no achievements unlocked for the last areas except for completing the game for first time... When I went to chapter select and got through the cave everything showed up as complete, one achievement popped for bugs and then the game froze and nothing else will pop. Guess no 100% for me without a new game so moving on. Thanks for another quality guide anyway!

My professional wildlife photographer didn’t pop and I followed this guide so haven’t a clue. The game is very boring I can’t believe I have to play it again.

After the credits roll you just need to hit Continue in the main menu and it'll unlock.
