Hey Ian, I was actually watching the Backyard Breaks Break as that Luka RPA was pulled live. It wasn't a team break, but a serial # break. The guy who hit the Luka bought the #4 spot which gave him all cards pulled that were serialed #4 on the print. Way riskier than just buying the Mavs. Even better is that backyard had the mavs game on in the background and this card was pulled with about 2 minutes left in game 5.

$10k for a Rookie QB (Richardson) who struggled to stay healthy in college, never threw above 60%, and made it 4 games in his rookie year before getting a season ending injury (and still didn't throw above 60%). It's like people don't do even the most basic of research about first round QB bust rates when it comes to value.

people always say this. its based on prospective value. IF Anthony Richardson becomes a star QB, the value will skyrocket. Thats all. Its dumb but its the state the hobby is in right now.

My best pull two weeks ago went into UnderDog Collectables and they had absolute baseball 2022 sitting on the shelf for two years he made me a deal first pack Babe Ruth Kaboom sent it off to be graded. I wonder what the story is for the case that Luka was in. Was it in backyards inventory for 5 years or they bought it just recently? Anytime the boxes are many years old it makes me wonder where it was and how many other boxes there are out there still.

panini is ruining downtowns IMO.....there are now what 3 products you can hit downtowns in? you can tell the secondary market is lower on them too just because of the increase in production for them......they used to be only a little bit less expensive than Kabooms but now there is a huge gap in value

Yes, raw. Any thick cardstock card like this is very tough to get a PSA 10, as it is more susceptible to imperfections, but if it were to happen, I'd put it in the neighborhood of $500K.

The other 4 /5 emerald rpa cards all graded a 9 so if this card gemmed it would be a pop 1, which would definitely increase the value dramatically. This same /5 rpa's highest recorded sale was 900k at its peak.

Pretty funny how all the fanatics breakers are pulling these 1/1 cards because they get loaded boxes. Once again the Backyard Girls pulling these huge monster cards with there loaded boxes these dude's are such clowns. But when you have money you can get loaded boxes as well. It was most likely one of there friends who had that MAV's spot so they wouldn't lost all that money.

It’s been a sealed case since 2018, a case they didn’t even acquire until 2022 when they started breaking that type of product, likely didn’t even acquire it until recently, among the other numerous cases that have been opened and resulted in nothing. Yall just sound uneducated when you hate on backyard because you fail to realize they do 15 million+ in deals monthly, meanwhile you haven’t showered in 3 days, work at Burger King, and leave comments about cards that cost more than your parents house 😅…
